Fabrizio Pesce
President/CEO
Mr. Pesce has over 25 years of experience in all phases of mechanical
engineering. Winner of the 1990 State of Michigan Energy Efficiency Award for
innovative laboratory design, Mr. Pesce has worked as a Mechanical Project
Engineer/Designer for several large architectural and engineering firms. His
current responsibilities include engineering/design, marketing and client
liaison. Mr. Pesce is a graduate of the Professional State Institute for
Mechanical Industry and Industrial Design in Italy and has been published in a
variety of publications.
Thomas
B. Reschke, P.E.
Vice President/Project Engineer
Mr. Reschke consistently demonstrates his exemplary capabilities in project
engineering and design. His impeccable track record has earned him the highest
respect amongst his peers in the industry. Mr. Reschke is responsible for the
administration, engineering and design of projects. Mr. Reschke is a graduate
of the University of Michigan, is licensed as a professional engineer in the
state of Michigan and Illinois and is a member of the National Society of
Professional Engineers and the Illuminating Engineering Society of Michigan.
Vincent
Aleo, Ph.D, P.E.
Director of Operations/Project Engineer
Mr. Aleo is responsible for project administration, field observations,
engineering and design. His areas of specialty include structural engineering,
welding engineering construction project management.
Mr. Aleo holds a Ph.D in Applied Science from the University of Windsor and is licensed in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Ontario, Canada. He's also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and has accreditation as designated consulting engineer by the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and welding engineer approved by the Canadian Welding Bureau.
Cristina
Pavelescu
Mechanical Project Manager
Ms. Pavelescu
has over 17 years of mechanical engineering and design in the construction
industry. Her experience has provided the firm with an extensive background in
the design and layout of plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Cristina is a graduate of the University of Bucharest in Romania with a MSME
degree and is a member of the American Society of Heating and Air Conditioning
Engineers and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers. Cristina is fluent in
French, Romanian, and, of course, English.
